Adriana Lima preparing for the show of Victoria's Secret

      The show of Victoria's Secret is a spectacular fashion event regularly followed by more than 8 million people. During the fashion show, one of the most beautiful women in the world parade dressed in fantastic creations that can take your breath away.

      But, everything to seem perfectly, behind the curtain the preparations for every Victoria’s secret fashion show begins months earlier. The famous British medium “Telegraph” managed to gain access to one of the rehearsals for the big event held on Wednesday and talk to Adriana Lima for its preparation. Additionally, you can see a few of the creations that Lima brought on the long-awaited Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

      The 30-year-old model has started to train for this show every day since August and the last three weeks Lima exercises twice daily.

      "It is really hard and not just because I practice a long time, but also because of the intensity: rope jumping, boxing, weight lifting. Sometimes it’s really boring, but that’s my job and I must act responsibly. I am getting bored if I stay for long in one place"- said maybe the most beautiful and also most famous Victoria’s Secret angel Adriana Lima.

      Besides exercise, Adriana Lima is consulting with a nutritionist who is measuring her muscle mass, body fat and retained water. He advises Adriana which vitamins, supplements and protein shakes to drink in order to save energy during training and after.

      Adriana is drinking 4 liters of water daily. Nine days before the fashion show she is cutting off from the menu the consumption of hard food and consume just protein shakes containing eggs. During the last two days before the fashion show of Victoria’s Secret, Adriana Lima is drinking water normally, while in the last 12 hours the beautiful model did not drink water at all.

      "Without any fluids to dry your body, sometimes you can lose up to 5 pounds just from that" - admitted Lima.

      Lima is the angel of Victoria's Secret since 2000 and admits that with entering into Victoria’s Secret her dreams came true. "It opens so many doors, everyone knows your name, and the world recognizes you. Each model in the world would like to be an angel of Victoria’s secret "- added the gorgeous angel Adriana Lima.
